Apple Cider
Dry & Half-Dry
From local apples, we make two types of cider. In line with our main business, we make our cider using a similar process to how we make wine. This brings out a fresh and fruity character with the natural aromas of the fruit retained.
The many different apple varieties contribute to the crisp, pure and balanced sensation of our ciders.

We carefully select apple varieties that together have the right balance between sweetness, acidity and tannins. This mixture of assorted types is important, as this together give the right characteristics with several nuances and complexity.
-
Since we do'n’t have a larger apple plantation ourselves, we get the fruit from Södåkra, which is also located here on the Kulla peninsula. The apple varieties in current batches are Rubinola, Ingrid Marie, Sari and Rubinstar.

By also producing apple cider, we take advantage of the apple country of Sweden. Sweden has a long tradition of growing apples with complex aromatics and fresh acidity. These northern latitudes are actually an advantage when it comes to cultivate many kinds of fruit and berries.
