Lansering Solvik 2023 - dessertvin på Solaris

Idag lanserar vi ett dessertvin på Systembolagets exklusiva sortiment. Solvik 2023 är ett sött vin gjort på Solaris som fått ädelröta. En unik produkt. Lansering är begränsad, enbart 240 flaskor.

Ädelröta är en god form av botrytis. När druvorna "angrips" innan skörd så avdunstar vattnet från druvan så att socker och syror koncentreras och aromatik utvecklas. Detta sker bara under säsonger och växtplatser där väderförhållanden är de rätta.

Solvik har en bra balans med sötma och syra, restsötman är 97 g/l. Vinet har en djup karaktär med nyanser av stenfrukter, torkad frukt och en viss kryddighet. Vinet passar bra bland annat med lagrade hårdostar, anklever eller till olika typer av desserter. Serveringstemperatur 10-12°C.

Farsdag med rödvin från Kullabergs

En perfekt present på farsdag är en flaska rödvin. En flaska svenskt vin från Kullabergs är också något annorlunda, eftertänksamt och värdefullt. Både RVP NV och Himmelstorp 2022 är två bra val. Beställ på Systembolaget nu för att vara säker på leverans.

Guldmedaljören: RVP NV

Vi är en ung vingård och framförallt när det kommer till rödvinsmakning. RVP betyder RödVinsProv. Men trots vår experimentella sida så vann vinet guldmedalj i AWC nu senast!

Druvsorterna är Rondo, Regent, Pinot Nova och Cabaret Noir. Vinet saknar årgång på etiketten, men mestadels är druvorna skördade oktober 2022 samt en mindre del från skörden 2021. Jäsningen på ståltank och barriques. Lagring på barriques. Vi har gjort malolaktisk jäsning för att uppnå en rik aromatisk karaktär. 

RVP NV passar bland annat perfekt till charkuterier, lättare kött eller vegetariskt. På farsdag kan det vara gott med majskyckling, rostade rotfrukter samt en god rödvinsås.

Vinet går att beställa online i hela Sverige, samt så finns det i hyllan på PK-huset i Stockholm, Hansa i Malmö, Helsingborgsbutikerna, Båstad, Ängelholm och Höganäs.

Cappelsäng 2022 - 250 flaskor

Nu lanserar vi ännu ett rött vin från årgång 2022 - Cappelsäng 2022. Det är en mindre lansering på Systembolagets exklusiva sortiment av enbart 250 flaskor! 

Druvan är Cabaret Noir, en relativt ny druvsort som är en korsning utifrån Cabernet Sauvignon och Regent. Druvsorten togs fram på 90-talet i Schweiz av den inom branschen legendariske Valentin Blattner. Cabaret Noir visar goda egenskaper så som tidig mognad och hög svampresistens, vilket passar perfekt med våra hållbara vitikulturella metoder. Karaktären i viner på druvsorten påminner om Cabernet Franc. Från början hette druvan Cabernet Noir, men har nyligen ändrat till Cabaret Noir. Druvorna till Cappelsäng 2022 skördade vi i slutet av oktober 2022. Plantorna är unga så vi tog bara ut en mindre skörd. Därav är dagens lansering liten och exklusiv. Vinet är lagrat i 18 månader på ekfat. Under lagring sker en malolaktisk jäsning samt att vi regelbundet utför batonage. Båda momenten påverkar vinets struktur och vinet blir mer fylligt och runt.

Cappelsäng 2022 är ett mediumfylligt vin, med en fin balanserad struktur och en aromatisk karaktär från röda bär. Så som mogna körsbär, björnbär och blåbär men även inslag av nyanser som kakao, läder samt olika örter. 

Vinet passar till flera goda anrättningar. Exempelvis charkuterier, goda gryter eller viltkött. 

Idag släpper vi 250 flaskor på Systembolagets exklusiva sortiment. Finns i hyllan i butiker i Stockholm, Uppsala, Göteborg, Malmö och Höganäs. Samt går att beställa online över hela Sverige.

Our sparkling wine is called Josefinelust, which is regarded as one of the most beautiful spots at the nature reserve of Kullaberg. The Vineyard Tour: Take a leisurely stroll through the vineyards, where you’ll learn about the winemaking process, from grape to glass. The views of the surrounding nature reserve from the vineyard are simply spectacular.

Rött vin Himmelstorp 2022 från Kullabergs

Nu lanserar vi ett rött vin av druvsorten Pinot Nova på Systembolagets exklusiva sortiment - Himmelstorp 2022. Lagom till hösten alla goda grytor och Mårten Gås-festligheter. 

Pinot Nova är en relativt ny druvsort som vi planterade 2019 på fältet som går upp mot Holy Smoke. Druvsorten är framtagen på Klosterneuburg i Österrike och är en korsning mellan den välkända Pinot Noir och den mer okända tjeckiska sorten Malverina. Pinot Nova är en PIWI-sort, vilket innebär att den har hög svampresistens så vi kan hålla ner besprutning av växtskyddsmedel till ett minimum. Det är viktigt för att kunna jobba utifrån hållbara vitikulturella metoder. Alla sorter på Kullabergs är PIWI-sorter.

Druvorna till Himmelstorp 2022 skördade vi den 23 oktober. Faktiskt dagen efter invigningen av vårt nya vineri. 2022 var en god säsong, även om våren började med torka så kom midsommar och vi fick en bra balans av regn och sol i vingården.

Jäsningen har skett med skalkontakt, så som rödvin brukar jäsas. Två gånger per dag utförde vi så kallade "punch-downs" för att trycka ner druvorna i det jäsande vinet. På så vis hålls druvorna fuktiga under jäsningen. I slutet av jäsningen dras vinet av från tankarna, druvorna som är kvar åker in i pressen så vi får ut det sista av vinet.

Efter pressningen tar vi vara på druvresterna genom destillering, druvorna innehåller faktiskt alkohol. När vi destillerar skalen så får vi "druvpressrestsprit" som vi lanserar under namnet Bränneslyckan Druva.

Vinet är lagrat i 18 månader på flera ekfat med olika rostningar och typer av ek. Under lagring sker en malolaktisk jäsning samt att vi regelbundet utför batonage.

Himmelstorp är ett medium-fylligt vin, med en fin balanserad struktur och en aromatisk karaktär från röda bär. Så som björnbär och hallon men även inslag av nyanser från viol, kakao, läder och lakritsrot. 

Det sägs att god mat passar utmärkt till goda viner. Vi tänker oss att bra matchningar till Himmelstorp kan vara charkuterier, viltkött som hjort eller goda grytor som Boeuf bourguignon. I Skåne ser vi såklart fram mot Mårten Gås.

Amazing, we are now a THREE STAR WINERY at AWC! The worlds biggest wine competition and one of the most prestigious. We were so close to two stars last year, and now we get three. We are so happy. The stars in the competition shows high level from a broad spectrum of wines. We got four gold medals and seven silver medals.
